Pot Roast
After eating the awesome pot roast at golden corral recently.. it reminded me…
I want to use my crock pot to cook some food easily and cheaply.
I googled simple beef stew recipes, but they all seemed too complicated.
I just got back from food lion after buying:
- 1.39 pounds of stew beef
- 2 potatoes
- some baby pre peeled raw carrots
- bananas
I called my mom and she said I could put the meat in first and let it cook for a few hours.. so i will try that…
